1. please fix printing of client mailing - if client name is continued it does not line up. it is over about 1.5 inches to the left and it looks like garbage.
2. California has a form RRF-1 that is paper filed. The program will not print this return in paper unless you unclick the California state form from being electronically filed. Then then when you print the return you need to throw-out the California return and sort through to get the RRF-1 form and mailing slip sheets and attachments.
3. you cannot just print the RRF-1 as the slip sheet will never print.
4. then you have to write manually on the client letter that the state return will be e-filed.
This has been a problem for a couple of years. I have advised technical support and this has not been fixed.
Please fix the Exempt Org. Tax printing problems this used to work fine years ago.
