Error message in individual module (damaged data file) - resolved by Pamela!!!
Pamela from Technical Support team guided me through the process calmly resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. Her clear guidance and directions were excellent and very reassuring.
The error message was "Detailed file has been damaged". Using SmartLook she guided me in the process of replacing damaged file with a recent back up copy. Redoing the weeks of work was avoided in minutes!!!
