Electronic Return File Attachments Form-Add "Extension" to the drop-down menu

Please add "Extension" as a form option to 3.2 Electronic Return File Attachments.

An issue came up this year (TY24) with Nebraska. Many of our businesses owed tax (due to PTET) and we needed to provide a copy of the extension with the tax return. The only option is to attach the extension as "OTHER". I called NDOR to try to figure out what happened. They informed me that unfortunately, NDOR didn't receive the "OTHER" pdf as an extension because it was not labeled as such. This gap of a proper label cost our customers thousands of dollars in late filing penalties and caused us to respond to unnecessary and overstated Nebraska Balance Due Notices. 

Detail: 

On 3.2 Electronic Return File Attachments, there is a drop-down box under, "Nebraska Information: Form, line or instruction reference"

The current options are Sch K-1N, 1099-MISC/1099-NEC, Form 3800N, NDOI annual tax return, and Other. 

Action:

Please add "EXTENSION" to those options
