EF Center federal showing zero
The EF Center Federal amount is showing 0 (zero) and using what was submitted as a balance due on the Form 4868 extension. This happens only on extended returns and only after you go into the file again and save the file. This started after the 5/13/2025 update or around that time. Confirmed with an agent that file is e-filing the correct data but is a final check before I e-file a return and would like this corrected. Tech support said to remove the e-file Form 4868 check box on the Federal Information Worksheet and the EF center will show the correct data.
