E Sig
It does not make sense to me that on some business returns when one uses the e sig, the owner of the business can sign the doc u sign form and the process works fine.
I've now had 3 different owners of the business/fiduciaries of the business who are unable to just sign. The Doc u Sign function is asking them for their home address, their DOB and their social security number. I find this completely unnecessary and no one at lacerte is able
