e-organizer to be approved by Microsoft
It appears that the e-organizer link has not been approved by Microsoft. Because of this, my tax clients have to go through at least three iterations before they can open the file. The Lacerte advisor that I just got disconnected from suggested that the clients use google as their web browser.
First of all, the wording makes it look like we are not sending a trust worthy file to our clients.
Secondly, the three iterations it takes to get to the file will probably change the client's mind as to whether to use this e-organizer.
What do we need to do to get the opening of the file to an easier opening.
I have been with Lacerte since 2001, I am guessing that my loyalty alone should escalate this job to a high priority and get done now.
