E-filing NJ Grantor Trusts

NJ Critical Diagnostic states "Per NJ e-file specifications, grantor returns cannot be electronically filed."  We recently called the NJ Tax Practitioner Hotline and were informed that other software companies are able to e-file NJ Grantor Trusts.  Why isn't Lacerte able to e-file a NJ Grantor Trust?
