e-file acceptance printing programming issue
A Technician gave me this link to pass on a programming issue. I had to learn the hard way that it was critical to have the Lacerte screen occupying only the right 95% of the monitor. When requesting to print the acceptance letter, frequently a screen critical to the acceptance letter "name acceptance" would only show BEHIND the main Lacerte screen presentation. A piece of that screen would be visible in the open left 5% of the monitor, allowing me to see, select, and "approve". Can the programmers fix that?
