Delay in processing state return

It appears that Delaware is having a delay in accepting individual returns. It is not ProSeries' fault but it would be advantageous if you put an alert up, informing people of this issue. I would not be surprised if other states were having the same issue.

    The state workers who push the accept buttons have been taking a lot of sick days this year.

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
