In the individual module, when emailing a client the program picks up the first name of the taxpayer field and starts the email with "Dear" (clients first name).

In all the entity modules (partnership, s-corp, c-corp, trust, fiduciary, estate, exempt org & gift)  the email just says "Dear Client".  It doesn't pick up any name information from the client information data.  When dealing with client with several entities, they don't know which EIN/zip combination to use.  If the email would default to the name of the entity in the salutation.  It would save the preparers and taxpayers a lot of calls of, which number do I use for the password.

Thanks for the idea to auto-populate entity client information when emailing a client (like individual). We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is longer considered "New".
