Customize status dots in Tax Organizer

There are four default options, but it would be super helpful for my workflow if I could change the descriptions on them. Even better would be to change the colors or add more options.

    Thanks for the idea to customize descriptions, colors and options for status dots in Tax Organizer. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
