I agree with the initial comment, I get better customer service when calling Verizon.  It seems like tech support employees don’t go through proper training to actually understand how to troubleshoot issues.  If reinstalling Lacerte doesn’t fix your problem it will likely need to be elevated which means that someone will call you back within 48 hours, but they refuse to provide any more specific time frame.  If you have an issue right before a deadline it’s not even worth calling them, you’ll have to pay an IT expert to fix it because Intuit is no help.  Don’t even think about asking to speak to a supervisor, their time is more valuable than the President of the United States.

We are the customer paying thousands of dollars for this software, they should value our time appropriately.  If you call the sales department you’ll get someone on the phone immediately and ready to answer any question you have.

I agree proserie pissed me off so bad today I plan to switch. Their customer service was horrible. I stayed on the phone for an hour attempting to get a print code. I have been a proseriws customer since 2001. I was treated as if I was being untrutful. The customer service agent seemed as if they had no thinking ability. I am done with properties after 26 years!!!!!!
