Correction of [Client Name] in eSignature Request

It has come to my attention that the eSignature request currently has [Client Name] set to the return name instead of the actual client name. For example, if a return is named "2022_SMITH_JOHN," "Dear [Client Name]" will be translated to "Dear 2022_SMITH_JOHN," which is not the correct client name.

To prevent this issue in the future, I request that [Client Name] be changed to the actual client name and that a new label, [Return Name], be created to reflect the return name. This will ensure that the correct client name is used in all future eSignature requests. I kindly ask for your support in making this change as soon as possible. Thank you.

Why would you label the return anything besides the client name within the confines of ProConnect?

Thanks for the idea to set e-Signature request name to be set to address[Client name] instead of [return name]. We are changing the status to "Open for voting".
