Copy the Social Security tips to the qualifying tips field

When a W-2 has social security tips in Box 7, and we've imported the W-2 those tips should simply copy to the qualifying tips field for the 'no tax on tips' deduction.

This does two things:

  1. It saves keystrokes
  2. it assures we don't miss it.
