Colorado addback for bond interest with bond premium calculation

I recently had a problem with a tax return that had bond premium on tax-exempt obligations, federal tax-exempt interest and CO municipal bond interest.  Lacerte calculated an addback but did not include a worksheet of that addback amount on Line 6 of the CO 0104.  

I have no way of verifying if that calculation is reasonable and provide an answer to that client.

    Thanks for the idea to add worksheet for addback amount on line 6 of the CO 0104. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
