Color Coding Names List
When you first open your list of names they appear in Black which is as it should be. After filing a return, if the return is rejected by the Feds the name should be changed to Red. It should remain Red until the return is accepted by the Feds. If the return is rejected by the state, the name should be changed to Blue and remain Blue until the state accepts the return. That way, as soon as you open the program and see the names list, you will immediately know where there is a problem, even if you missed checking the acknowledgements.
