Cloud based Lacerte Updates for 2024
We are hosted on a cloud based server and in the past anyone could check and download tax software update. However, for 2024 only one seat appears to be able to see and install the automated downloads. This is frustrating constantly bugging one person in our group. We called technical support but were unable to resolve our issue. Is there a way to enable all users to be able to check and download the 2024 Lacerte tax software updates? On the other computers/ seats when we click on Tools Lacerte updates the box is greyed out. Why?
