Client access to staff within company's Proconnect account

Everytime I add a new client to proconnect/qbo, all users in my PTO,  get immediate access to the new clients. I have to remember to manually login and edit each time, which is very difficult to keep track off. There should be a feature where I can turn this off and I should be able to give access to the user for the new clients only if I wish to.
