City and state aren't populating when the zip code is entered. Software version is current - 2023.08.13.

When I enter the zip code, the city and state aren't populating on the federal information worksheet or any other field.

    I think their system is going haywire today. I just got an email from them asking me if I signed in from a new smartphone that they didn't recognize. The same smartphone that I've been using for years. The system also isn't telling you when someone replies to your post.

        Tools >Options > General > Under Data Entry, make sure ZIP Code Automation is checked > OK
