We don't understand why Form 500 is not showing on the software "This available is not available for this release". Today is mid of April 2023, and it's due on or before May 15, 2023.
We never e-filed this form (Because NYS Didn't accept e-filing). However, it was always available to fill in and print to mail to save time for the professional tax preparer they paid for this software.
