Please develop software so the exempt module is able to efile the NYS CHAR500 with the NYS charities bureau and submit fee to Department of law

Agreed.  All the information is in Lacerte with the exception of the financial statements and signed 990.  This new e-file process takes up too much time as you have to wait for signers to approve and one cannot enter payment information until signatures have been received.  Unfortunately, this cost will have to be passed on to the client.
