Change Status in Intuit Link

Currently, if you mark a client as complete in Intuit Link, there is no way to change the status back to In Progress.  I accidentally hit complete on one client and now there's no going back.

Thanks for the idea. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New". If you have any questions on the life cycle of an idea, check out our Idea Exchange Getting Started Guide for more information.

Yikes, same here.  Will client still be able to upload docs or do we need to reinvite them somehow?

We really need to be able to reverse the complete in link - some clients have letters they need to upload past tax season and since I marked them complete in link they cannot access the portal.  I need a way to reverse it for those customers.
