Change of Primary Admin
My business partner died and I have been working to change the primary admin to me since Nov 5th. Lacerte continues to make this process impossible. I have submitted documents five documents and Lacerte still finds reasons to not accept. The last two submissions have been clear and correct documents and it seems to sit on deafs ear at Lacerte. Customer No-Service continues to be Lacerte's response as it is impossible to speak to a decision maker at Lacerte.
Looking for recommendations of other tax software with a provider that provides customer service and a good product.
