Change e-file status from "rejected" to "paper filed"

It does not change "rejected" to "paper filed" as the OP asked for.

@puravidapto How can you paper file an electronic return? The electronic return will be forever "rejected" until it is accepted and that will never happen. 

If you are unable to complete an e-file, then remove the efile checkmarks and move on with your life. 

@George4Tacks After we paper filed a return, we do not care if the return was electronic rejected or not, so we want to remove the warning from the E-file dashboard, that is what the OP is asking the software to improve (Change e-file status from "rejected" to "paper filed"), not how to paper file a return.
