Client has many brokerage accounts with multiple mutual fund holdings.  I would be a helpful check if entered dividend data could be downloaded to excel to verify all data is entered correctly. Is it possible?

Can you put check marks/review tick marks on entered data

ProSeries Professional does not have option for tick marks.

Are you asking if you can download from the tax return into an excel spreadsheet?     Don't think so.

Can't you just check the brokerage report totals with return totals ?

I could... IF the brokerage report gave totals!  Instead, Capital Group-American Funds has over 20 funds listed on their 1099-DIV  with 15 columns of various data.... and no totals.

Run a tape.  Or am I just too old school?  You'll need at least two, probably three, maybe more.  Divs, QD, CGD, 199A, TE, FTC . . .
