Can you create a Family Link feature in ProSeries for Form 8615, just like Lacerte?
Can you please create a Family Link feature in ProSeries for Form 8615, just like in Lacerte?
We have an increasing number of children having to file a Form 8615 because the brokerage trades their stocks involuntarily.
Lacerte automatically links the family member information, so that if one number changed on the parent or siblings' return, the affected Form 8615 will be automatically updated.
It's very costly to do pay-by-return on Lacerte while we had already paid the full price for ProSeries.
