California health insurance question

If client has full amount of Medicare premiums deducted from Social Security, then the California health insurance question should automatically be checked for coverage for entire year.

    How would you know the full amount was deducted?  Rate can vary depending on client's income in prior year, or age when signed up for Medicare.
