CA Form 3509
Please add this form to Lacerte. It has been a requirement that if Box J Form 1099 is checked that Form 3509 must be attached to the Form 199. This is similar to Schedule C Form 990. We have requested many times that Lacerte include this Form so that we don't need to file a paper tax return and request a waiver for e-filing from CA for our clients. It would save time to add this Form. It's a simple one page Form. Thank you for your consideration.
