Bookmarks on Lacerte Tax Import Documents
In prior years, when tax documents that were sent through the Tax Import feature would come back and get imported into Lacerte and DMS, the documents that went to DMS would have Bookmarks within the pdf. The bookmark is a feature that our preparers use and it is no longer available with the year 2023. I contacted tech support today and was told that this was a programing issue and they didn't know if it would be something that would be resolved or not. We very much need to have this feature added back this year.
