billing list issues
Anytime Proseries has an update, the global billing amounts get changed. The amounts do not stay lined up with the correct forms. This can happen multiple times per day. Proseries is aware and their answer is that we just have to manually correct every line item. No intent to fix. Started with 2024 program and no answer why it's suddenly a problem, and one they don't intend work on.
