Bank Account Verification Form
We could really use a bank account verification form that the client signs when they sign the 8879. This form should contain the financial institution, routing number, account number, etc. The account number should not be masked so it can be verified in its entirety. Adding a signature line and having this print with the eSig Docs would be very helpful.
You currently provide this form without a signature verification for a balance due called "e-file Payment Record" without signature Authorization. Please make this available for refunds as well.
