AZ Passthrough Entity Configuration
It appears that Lacerte doesn't recognize beneficial owners of partnerships as it relates to AZ Passthrough Entity Taxes where disregarded entities are involved. The system treats disregarded entities as ineligible for participation in the (new) tax regime (even though they should be able to participate, to the extent that the beneficial owner IS an eligible entity - such as an individual, an estate, or a trust). However, because the legal owner doesn't exist for tax purposes, the system should be reconfigured to (instead) look to the tax type of the beneficial owner (on Lacerte Screen 32.1).
