Authentication in hosted - Beware of your phone OS version BEFORE choosing 2FA

I have the hosted product. Today I chose the 2-factor authentication function in my AppHub dashboard and followed the instructions to add my phone. I was asked to download the Duo mobile app. At that time, I learned that Duo app does not support older Android OS (mine is 9.)
NOW I AM LOCKED OUT OF THE HOSTED PRODUCT!
I need account recovery to be able to get back in! (I had to add my DL just to start account recovery. Gone is my feeling of being safe from hacks.)
@1569 It is very important to add a notice PRIOR to enrolling about the required OS versions for Android and iOS for Apple. This will alert users to check their phones and avoid lock outs.
