attachment for other state tax credit from composite statements or K-1 notes
Enable linking one attachment to multiple state credits on a resident return. If a K-1 footnote shows taxes paid to 20 other states on the same statement, we need to attach it 20 times to remove the critical diagnostic since one pdf can only be linked to one other state. Enable an option to link one pdf to multiple states.
