Appointment calendar not bridging to 2024

I have been on the phone with technical support twice now and we have not been able to resolve this issue. I had to manually reinput all my 2024 appointments into the 2023 program. I installed an update and all my appointments disappeared never to be found. I reinput a second time and while I can see them on the main page, they do not show up on the calendar. Even so I attempted to bridge them to 2024 again. They will not bridge over - Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have a solution I can try? Nothing seems to work.
