Annual exclusion check box for gifts on 709 gift tax return
Your 2022 gift tax return program isn't calculating the correct annual exclusion gifts and I have to add special information in order to show the correct amounts on returns that have trust gifts that shouldn't count for the annual exclusion.
If you had a check mark which could indicate "no annual exclusion" in the gift entry system, that would be helpful and make for more accurate reporting of gifts.
