Allow us to keep the ‘deposit refund’ checked so it flows to state, even when the federal has a balance due.
Please allow us to check the deposti refund box even when the client owes, so that it flows automatically to the state(s). I can swear there was one year, maybe 15 years ago or more, where this didn't trigger an 'error'.
