Allow more than 4 K-1s for Alabama individual e-filed returns
For years, we have to paper file individual Alabama tax returns that contain more than 4 K-1s. I spoke to the Alabama Department of Revenue and they allow up to 400 K-1s on individual e-filed tax returns.
This apparent Lacerte limitation is putting undue hardship on our staff, our clients and the State of Alabama.
