allow earlier payment date for nonresident to pay tax on return and on extension
Nonresidents without US withholding requirements have up to June 15 to file their taxes. However, the system is currently preventing us from entering a date after April 18, even though the default date the system enter is June 15. This needs to be fixed.
The idea applies to the **payment due date** on the return **and** the **extension**.
