Allow check mark on the forms to confirm data entry

I agree that would be helpful.

I do essentially the same thing with my source documents which are usually pdf's. I use Adobe Acrobat and have made a checkmark stamp that I place next to the data on the pdf to indicate I have input that number on the appropriate form.

If you had a checkmark in ProSeries to indicate you have completed a particular form that could be useful, but it can also cause an over reliance on the checkmark. Sometimes data is added or deleted on other forms that rolls over to other forms and your checkmark would not be accurate in those cases.

In Lacerte, if there is a change your Green checkmark turns Red.,

Similar request.  A listing of all data entries made on the return.  In review you don't have to go to each input form just go down the list of amount and category, maybe a check mark there that it has been reviewed.  This would make topside review on actual forms for final before sign off more efficient.   

Check marks are allowed only when you use expensive software.

Thanks for the idea to allow check mark on the forms to confirm data entry (like Lacerte, Pro System Fx). We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it has been around for over 30 days and no longer considered "New".
