I didn't get a survey however I want to underline Alexis's amazing support helping me re-install Tax year 2023 after my hard drive crashed. Alexis's experience and skills are awesome.
Alexis was in the blind but did an amazing job doing research on the best approach to resolve my system problems. Alexis was calm and positive during our interaction. We hit some weird problems along the way with many variables however Alexis was laser focused and very professional.
