It would be very helpful to the preparer if an email was sent on rejections and failure to actually e file when ready.  thank you!

You get a rejection notice when you receive your acknowledgements.  Those rejections remain in your e-file homebase until you rectify the situation.  Why in the world would you also need an e-mail?
