Additional in return flag types

Right now, there is only the Flag Item option. It would be great if there were additional flag types like "estimate", "missing item," and "flag for reviewer". Ideally there would be a default set but a firm could customize them for their specific workflows.

    Thanks for the idea to add different flag types. We are changing the status to "Open for voting".
