Add hotkey shortcut to return to close client and return to HomeBase - Ctrl+H

Please make Ctrl+H a shortcut hotkey to close the client (and bring up the save dialogue box if the return hasn't been saved) and return to the HomeBase View. It is not currently used as a hotkey for anything else.
