Activate Foreign Partner reporting in ProSeries ( forms 8804, 8805 and 8813)
1065 returns should have access to reporting fiduciary responsibilities of reporting and submitting withholding tax for any Foreign Partners.
Justification:
1. This is included in Lacerte Software and excluded from ProSeries.
2. All tax software currently includes withholding ability like 1040ES Payment vouchers and payments.
