Ability to delete unused location descriptions in the Lacerte appointment manager

While it is very easy to add a "Location" description in the Lacerte Appointment Manager, it is impossible to get rid of any unused "Location" descriptions once they are there.  Might be nice to have a simple way to clean that up.
