8997 NOT ABLE TO PROFORMA
Dear Lacerte,
I am now in the process of amending several tax returns becuase your dumbass software does not proforma the 8996 form showing all the investments in QOF's. Why the heck would you not proforma this????
IT IS A REQUIREMENT BY THE IRS TO INCLUDE THIS FORM ANNUALLY. If you are going to make me type up ALL the past years of investments, why aren't you doing this with depreciation or any other form that has multiple years of information that has to be reported.
