Form 8995-A is a Form that is necessary to be able to take the 199-A deduction on Form 990T. It is not presently supported by Lacerte to file with Form 990T. Since Lacerte does not support it, it can't be included in an E-file to the IRS. Attaching it as a PDF does not work.The IRS mandates that this return be E-filed and not paper filed. The IRS rejects my filing without the Form 8995A attached.
Your Tech people are of no help and have no clue idea what to do!!!
