When electing into CA PTET (pass-thru entity tax), the software does not print nor include on the Cover Letter the CA Form 3522 for it's LLC fee of $800.
This same issue occurred in the 2021 locator, so I was hoping it would be fixed by now.
Please fix the CA Form 565 to include both prepayment CA vouchers, Form 3522 for the $800 LLC tax and Form 3893 (ES) for the PTET prepayment.
