2022 Indiana IT-40 page 2 (Client Copy) not printing correctly-upper left 1/3 is blank
The page 2, form IT-40 (Client Copy) has an area of missing print in the upper left 1/3 of the page and it has funny characters and ZEROs all over the page. However, if I print only that form form the single page from the Selected Forms Print Routine, page 2 prints ok. The area of missing printed only shows up when I print the Client's Copy whole Indiana individual tax return.
